Terms and conditions

Bookings

By making a booking, the first named person on the booking agrees on behalf of all persons detailed on the booking that:

a) he/she has read these Terms and Conditions and has the authority to and does agree to be bound by them;

b) he/she consents to our use of personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is authorised on behalf of all persons named on the booking to disclose their personal details to us, including where applicable special categories of data (such as information on health conditions or disabilities and dietary requirements);

c) he/she is over 18 years of age and where placing an order for services with age restrictions declares that he/she and all members of the party are of the appropriate age to purchase those services;

d) he/she accepts financial responsibility for payment of the booking on behalf of all persons detailed on the booking.
Cancellations, Changes and Refunds:

• Customer cancelation or no–show after booking payment, is not refundable.

• Nevertheless, the value of the booking can remain as credit that you can use to book an alternative date (maximum of 1 year after the original booking’s date).

• All customer changes to the activity booking dates must be notified 72 hours in advance by emailing info@surfxpert.com. Not refundable.

• In the event of Xpert Surf & Sup cancels an activitie due to sea or weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, an alternative date will be offered. If this change is not possible, a full refund will be provide.

Disclaimer form conditions

that you accept when purchasing any of our services: I am the participant or the parent/legal guardian of a minor participant (where applicable), hereby I accept and acknowledge the risks inherent to the practice of surf, sup and kayak. I, on behalf of myself or on behalf of the minor participant do agree that Xpert Surf & Sup, it’s owners, agents, employees, independent contractors, and sponsors shall not be liable or sued for any damages arising from personal injuries (including death), damage to or loss of property or other harm, that I or the minor participant may sustain in any way which directly or indirectly results from or arises out of my or minor participant’s participation in our activities/instructions conducted by Xpert Surf & Sup. I also assume all responsibility of the equipment lent or rented by Xpert Surf & Supl, use, watch over and return in the same conditions that were given to me, otherwise I will be accountable and pay the total amount of the new equipment, upon the return of such equipment.
